Implement the business account

A Yoursafe business account is the account payouts are sent from. Yoursafe Direct can settle into it. The published calls are Mass Payments and YOU Account Linking. If this skill and a product page disagree, follow the product page.

Read first

  1. Business Account API for what this account is used for
  2. Mass Payments to submit and release a batch
  3. YOU Account Linking when the beneficiary is a linked creator
  4. Yoursafe Direct when an iDEAL payment should settle into the business account

Implement in this order

  1. Open the business account and confirm who can release a batch in the Yoursafe App.
  2. Pay a creator with the publicToken from YOU Account Linking. Do not collect their account number for that payout.
  3. Submit the batch through the CSV upload or the Mass Payments API.
  4. Release the batch in the Yoursafe App. Submitting the file is not the release.

Credentials

  • A Yoursafe Business user who can open Mass Payments and YOU Account Linking.
  • API credentials from the Mass Payments reference, kept on the server.
  • Linkage ID and secret from YOU Account Linking, when the beneficiary is a creator.

Traps

  • These docs do not include a call that reads the account balance or lists account transactions. Do not invent that path, host, or request body.
  • A linked creator is paid with publicToken. That token is the beneficiary reference.
  • Yoursafe Direct settles a buyer payment into the business account. It is not the payout API.

Done when

A payout uses Mass Payments or YOU Account Linking, the batch is released in the Yoursafe App, and the integration does not call a balance or statement endpoint.
